He was a very polite, well mannered young man that explained how they would treat my infestation and truly calmed my nerves. I signed up for the Pest Shield Program and he sprayed my entire house and my porch. He was very informative and kind. He reiterated several times, that I can call at any time to refill the baits or spray for anything that I may come across. He was wonderful!
