- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★July 07, 2019, by Brian BaughI bought a $10k workstation from these guys 3 years ago. 1 year ago I had an issue, so I drove from Columbus to Cleveland to drop it off to them. They replaced every part on the computer as part of the troubleshooting and finally isolated the problem. The computer was shipped back. All the parts, labor, and shipping were replaced for free. I highly recommend them and can attest to their great customer service. After their 3Y warranty ends, they still provide free labor but will only charge the cost of parts to repair.
