  I made the order last night, and called them at 1030 this morning to set if they could get it delivered by 200pm, it was still being made at that time. I received delivery confirmation at 1120am. I appreciate the speed and customer service given by this store!

  Ordered 4 days in advance for a birthday delivered to a school. Day of delivery I called to make sure they knew that it was a school and it closed a little after 3pm. Sure enough, when the recipient left work, the delivery was still not there. The ONLY reason I do not give this just one star is that they offered a full refund. The driver apparently did deliver the gift as the last person from the school was leaving and was very rude to her. This is not the first time they've messed up an order. Will NEVER use Edible Arrangements again.
